Nakia Evans was born & raised in Baltimore, Maryland where she has raised 3 children as a single mother until entering into marriage in 2007. Nakia’s diverse career, life & entrepreneurial experiences has inspired her to build a Sales & Leadership “TEEam” with Soul Purpose Lifestyle Company. Nakia has worked in Real Estate, Alternative Healthcare, Insurance, and State government. She has 3 years of Direct Sales experience, all with one company. She has volunteered her time as a Business Coach/Mentor, Company Trainer, Girl Scout Leader and Mentor to Teen Girls headed off to College.
As the TEEam Leader of Soul Purpose & FDI Youngevity Life Sciences’ Team Elite Essence, a Baltimore based “TEEam” representing 10 states and over 385 members with 13 Managing Associates, Nakia provides focused leadership training solutions & business presentations weekly and Networking events monthly. Her Training Presentations have included: Social Networking, Leadership, Online Marketing, Networking, Event Planning, Recruiting, TEEam Sales Coaching and Goal Setting.
As a Rising Leader, Diamond Executive and Senior Executive Marketing Director with Soul Purpose Lifestyle Company/FDI Youngevity, Nakia was named #1 Top Enroller for 2010 and in 2011 she was appointed Regional Field Director for the Soul Purpose Baltimore Regional Area.

In 2010, she published her first eBook, 8 Steps to Quickly Build Your Direct Sales Business.
In 2011, Nakia launched the Essential Soul Purpose Youth Program for Teen Girls using Direct Sales as a means of income instead of a traditional job in fast food or retail by using the Soul Purpose business structure. Family Circle Magazine featured Nakia & her TEEam of Youth Leaders in the October issue of the magazine and online in an article entitled, How 6 Moms Made Money From Direct Sales.
Just before the magazine article was published, Nakia was seriously injured in an automobile accident with a drunk driver, which left her at home and treating with multiple health professionals for 3+ months.
This has enabled her to restructure her Life’s Purpose, by answering these 2 questions:
